Sublease this FULLY FURNISHED studio for the months with me and I&#;ll give you $ CASH and my brand new " Samsung Smart 📺 tv bought in Jan. with box for FREE! After you sign the sublease, I will be town on the weekend of July th to give you the 📺 tv and CASH.
I WILL PAY the $ transfer fee, if subleased by Fri., Jul. th! As a current resident, move-in day is Aug. 1st for a $ transfer fee (paid by Jul. th) and take the studio as is, which means how the previous tenant left it.
If not, as a new resident move-in day is August th; they do not allow early move in.
