I am subletting my furnished unit until the academic year. It’s a 1 bedroom and private bathroom in a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. It is located near LSU so it is a great choice for students, and it’s safe and convenient to nearby 🍔 restaurants and stores.
There are two other tenants living there, but you will have privacy and share the common areas, such as the living room and kitchen. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit, and the clubhouse has an amazing 🏊 pool and hot tub, and lounge area.
I am looking to sublet the unit to preferably a student, or a responsible working young adult.
