I’m trying to sublease my room because of a job opportunity. It’s a fully-furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment on the third floor. It’s a nice size room with a connected bathroom and 🚶 walk in closet. It is an open floor plan for the kitchen and living room and that is also fully furnished. It is an individual room lease so you will not have to worry about the roommatenot paying their rent. The lease is months (august-july). The amenities are a clubhouse, 🏊 pool, gym, and it’s 🐕 pet friendly. The only thing with rent that will need to be paid is the 💡electricity but that’s split with the roommate. 🌊 water,Wifi, and Cable are included in the rent!! It’s honestly a nice and quiet place that’s 🚶 walking distance to LSU and 🍔 restaurants.
