I am looking for somebody to sublease a bedroom in a 4 bed/ 4 bath apartment. The room is fully furnished with your own private bathroom. 🌊 water, calbe, internet, trash, and sewage are all included in the price of the rent. 💡electricity is the only utility you would have to pay separately. You would have 3 other roommates who do not move in until August th. If there are ever any problems with roommates you can request to be moved to a different unit. The lease ends July , with June and July being rent free. August rent has already been paid and half of September as well.
