Jun 2019: Run away if you can. The decision to stay here was the worst decision in my life. The management is horrible. To be specific, Allison is rude and racist. She will lie straight to your face and try to screw you up in every possible ways. Whenever you arrive she will show you some lay out in the picture and tell the actual apartment is not ready to show up. Later when you move in, you will find a totally different apartment. Apr 2019: It was a horrible experience first apartment complex( Camelot apartment) unsafe and people smoking marijuana. When I complained about my roommate living with his girl friend without having my consent, they did not take any action. Never did they inspect inside the apartment. Apr 2018: Garbage. Avoid at all costs. Aside from being close to where all the bars are, this place is just terrible. Awful staff.
Every package you have delivered will be sent to the leasing office. And of course if you have a job from 9-5 M-F, good luck trying to pick up those packages as that's the time the office is open. They say they're open Saturdays, but every time I tried in the last 5 months, I never found anyone there.
The back gate still doesn't work with our buzzers. About two months ago it flooded a bit where we are, and the gate stopped working unless you manually put the code in. After calling them and telling them about it, there's still been no resolution.

May 2017: Horrible experience they require you to notify them 120 before you decide your leaving even if your lease is up be careful about paying attention because they notify you of EVERYTHING else but not the important stuff like that. They will automatically renew your lease for you ! They are very secretive about a lot of things I'm unsure about and should be investigated! Review from Google

Cons: The management, particularly Ms. Ann is very rude and very mean. She cannot smile. He doesn't want to speak over the phone. Hangs up phone discourteously. She seems to racist.
They increase your rent by $50-$100 every six months. They require you to give them a notice period of 4 month before leaving the apartment!! Be careful about the deposits they charge - $160 for electric, $100 for apartment cleaning in the name of security deposit. After you sign the contract, they may or may not tell you that $100 of electric bill, $50 of your security deposit is not refundable at all. After you move out, they will send you another letter for repair/damage changes but they will not deduct from the security deposit.
I think these are all unethical/unlawful practices and should be investigated.
