The neighborhood is very nice. It is on the quiet side of town in the medical district. The roommates are all very nice. There are two 👩 girls and one 👨 boy. They are rarely there or mostly keep to themselves. The apartment is furnished. The room itself comes with a bed (queen), there are drawers under the bed. There is a desk and chair. You have a private bathroom and closet. Laundry, living room and kitchen are all common areas, shared by all of the roommates.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
