SUBLEASING AT UCLUB
I&#;m subleasing my apartment at uclub. My lease is $ per month and you don&#;t have to pay an application fee, the lease starts in Aug and ends in a year. Uclub is a townhome with 4 bed 4.5 bath. The first floor is the kitchen, living, and half guest bathroom. Second floor has 2 bedrooms. And the third floor has 2 bedrooms and laundry.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
