I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease at the suites at Overton Park. My lease ends in the beginning of August, but if you want to extend it we can work something out. The rent is $ plus bills, so anywhere from $-$ for the master bedroom with a spacious bathroom and closet, there is already a bed and dresser in the room (we can negotiate on a price for those). They are located conveniently minutes away from campus (🚶 walking) and there is also a 🚌 bus stop nearby. There’s one other 👩 girl living in the apartment that can help you become acquainted with the apartment complex and it’s great amenities.
