I don't even know where to start if your thinking of moving to somerset square don't your rent is cheap all bills paid but your paying for stuff u can't even use its June 21st 2016 neither pool is open they keep telling us it's gonna open in a day or two which turns into weeks school is out kids need something to do they advertise a work out room I have yet to see one I had to stay on them for 4 weeks about getting things fixed when they kept saying will be there in the morning I even called corporate nothing was done until they felt like doing it the office

Feb 2016: Please read if you are considering moving into these apartments. Sure it's all bills paid and the rent is kinda cheap, but it's not worth it!!! The first incident I ever had was a flooding in the bathroom. A pipe broke in the wall and soaked it so bad that the dry-wall was crumbling off. I was very understanding and I tried to be patient with the office. It took them 3 weeks to fix my bathroom. They completely removed my toilet and sat it in the shower. So I couldn't use my own bathroom for 3 weeks!! I called the office and asked them why it was taking so long and the manager told me they would give me the keys to the vacant apt above me so I could use the bathroom there- she told me this 3TIMES and NEVER brought me a key.
