There are 3 👩 girlroommates (so I need a 👩 girl to take this). There is one dog but she is super timid and I have never even heard her bark. They’re all very 🎇clean and generally quiet. This lease goes until August 1st, but you can always renew it if you want. I’m desperate to get out so January is paid and I’ll pay the sublease fee. I’d also be willing to pay for half of February. I don’t have a specific move in/out date- I just put the th to have something there.

Also- it’s the biggest room in the unit!!! And all utilities are included along with internet and trash and what not. The most I’ve had to pay a month in utility overages was $7.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
