Aug 2015: Korcett Internet support Horrible, this is the provider at Raiders Pass. We went to move our daughter into the apartment and could not get her setup to access the internet. We placed a call and were told to expect a call back within 24 hours. a day later a tech called (the wrong number) and left a message. we returned the call and found we were back at the end of the list. I am pretty text savvy so we bought various Internet routers and USB to Ethernet adapters and we were unable to get any of them functioning on their network. two days later we still wait for a call from support. we were supposed to be back in Dallas yesterday but you don't want to leave her daughter without internet access. Stay away from this company if you can at all avoid it.

Jan 2015: Raiders Pass apartments are in a walk distance to the Texas Tech campus and the Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Apartments are fully furnished with everything you need: Couch Dining table w/ 4 chairsã€Asher/dryerã€Balcony/patioã€All appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, garbage disposal). The community also has two pools & hot tubã€a clubhouse with pool table and plasma television and the fitness center. (Current resident 1/25/2015)
Jul 2014: Before moving here, Raiders Pass looked very well maintained and all of the workers were very friendly. Shortly after moving here I noticed how "cheap" this place really is and I felt that the complex just wanted to "put on a show" to get you to sign a lease. My room had many carpet stains including paint and was very dirty. I was told when I signed up that the gym would be open after reconstruction by my move in date. The gym ended up being closed and unfinished the first month and a half I lived here. My main problem was that the maintenance takes way too long to repair items if they repair them at all. I have been waiting over 3 weeks and have called 3 times for my blinds to be repaired. When I called about my air conditioner not working properly a maintenance man came and all he did was take out the filter then leave.

Mar 2014: We have been extremely please with this place for our TT student. I believe it is under new management so the past reviews from others are not fair for these apartments. Our only complaint was on move in day the kitchen was filthy but giving them the benefit of the doubt they did just put in new carpet and it looks like the cleaning staff were to return to finish but they either ran out of time or they forgot. The rest of the apartment was clean. They did offer to send someone up right away but I preferred to clean it myself anyway. The microwave and dishwasher racks were very rusty but they sent up new ones the following day. All you have to do is ask and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had heard there was a lot of crime there but not aware of anything happening. I hear more about crime in the newer apartments.
