Sep 2019: Just moved in today. Hot water does not work. Roaches are everywhere! But the application process was simple and I’m happy I got a place. Don’t know why my name is misspelled on my documents. It’s not misspelled on my ID, but whatevs. Review from Google

Jul 2019: Nice enough place for myself. Some things were new, but mostly old. But it’s a great sized apartment for one person. Price is super good for college student, pets are welcome at a good price, some good appliances. Leasing agents such as Sloane are super nice and helpful. Lubbock Police Officer on sight. Can’t really complain about anything. Bus stops are available. Basketball courts, swimming pool, and sand volleyball courts are available. General parking. Place was clean, new paint, good carpet with also some wooden floors. This was a really good find and a good spot just in general. Hoping everything works out. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Me and the fiancé just submitted our application for our little family praying we get approved..staff was very friendly when talking with us and helping us find the right fit. Hopefully all goes well :) shout out to Taylor for being so patient and kind while we asked our questions and helping us through the online application which was so easy to go through. May 2019: I’m sure you are very intrigued by the rating and amount of reviews for this place as was I. I toured it in late March and after walking into a marijuana smelled room with limited windows and cracks on the walls I decided I was done. Management said if I write a 5 star google review I could get a free security deposit. I knew it was too good to be true. Does it make sense that an apartment complex in Lubbock would have THIS many good reviews? Just think about it. Even high end complexes don’t have this many good reviews Review from Google

Mar 2019: Really hoping to get an apartment here to call home. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. A friend lived there and I just loved her home. It's very well maintained and cozy. can't wait to see what is in store for me and my son at these apartments. Love the people and place 🥰

Jan 2019: I went and applied for an apartment and the staff is really nice and welcoming . Apartments look well taken care of. They answered all the questions I had . Now I just have to wait for a call to say I was approved . I'll be praying because it looks like a great place to call home.
