Apr 2019: I loved living at LaSalle! I did a year lease and the whole time I NEVER experienced any issues. It is very quiet and peaceful. The staff is awesome and very professional. Maintenance is very responsive and if there was a request submitted, it was resolved within a couple of hours. I would recommend the LaSalle apartments to anyone! I've lived in several apartments around Lubbock and this by far has the kindest and most professional management staff. It's a quiet place and away from the college scene, though there a few college students that live here.
There's a small gated area for a dog park. If you don't mind not having a gym and pool area, then this place is great! I highly recommend it to anyone! Jan 2015: I lived in a one bedroom at LaSalle Villas for 18 months and would absolutely, full-heartedly recommend these apartments to Texas Tech students or young professionals on a bit of a budget. I felt like the rent was extremely reasonable for what I was receiving, the property manager and maintenance staff are super friendly/accommodating and the location offers fairly quick access to the Loop.
I broke some pros and cons down below but, in a nutshell, I really enjoyed my time at LaSalle Villes and only moved because I needed something a bit bigger. The folks there are great. (1/9/2015 resident)
