Feb 2019: Nice place but the owner is all he wants is the money. Malinda the manager was cool with me. Nice location. But if you don't have the money get out. Irregardless of the time I was living there, 4 years. Or the help I provided.
It's all about the money.
Mar 2018: I lived there two years left the property with no holes in the walls doors or any major defects. I still got charged 326 a year later for them having to replace a door and carpet after i left. I was never late on rent. Never caused any problems except for having the manager dislike my boyfriend and banning him for complaints that didnt make any sense. Very unhappy with the outcome a year after i moved im burdened yet again by this place. It does have a nice quiet neighborhood and nice rent prices. Review from Google
Sep 2013: I lived there and like other reviews state, the price is nice but that's about it!!! I initially called to set up a tour and the manager was super nice and welcoming. I then walk in to view an apartment and as soon as I walk in the office she says they have no vacancies!!! I explained to her that I had spoken to her on the phone and was here for my tour, she looked a little puzzled. Most of the time when I'm on the phone, people think that I'm caucasian so I'm sure that was her malfunction! I loved the apartment because of the huge bathroom so I went with it. When I finally moved out, they tried to tack on all kinds of bogus fees! They said that they had to replace the carpet in the entire apartment due to cigarette burns on the carpet. The only issue with that is that I have never EVER been a smoker and hate smoke. No one that ever came to my Review from Google
Feb 2010: I've lived here two years & love it. The management is friendly and helpful! Whenever I've reported a problem, it has been taken care of within 24 hours.
The apartment is reasonably priced and the free internet is also a plus. Unfortunately, they are not very soundproof, but that is the only downside I have experienced. I would certainly recommend these apartments to a friend! Review from Google
