Jul 2019: They just take your money and never contact you again. I'm seriously upset with this apartment place because they told me I could get my security deposit back in February and it is now July and no one has gotten back to me about it. I honestly blew up their phones and have text messages from one of the staff NEVER replying back to me. I just want my deposit back and these people refuse to contact me back. Do not trust this complex. These apartments arent well insulated. When the wind blows it comes in through the windows and doors. The rain comes in from under the front and rear doors. Our carpet wasn't replaced before we moved in 5 years ago. It is so worn that it is unraveling on some places. My husband is disabled and uses a walker. The unraveling in the carpet is a tripping hazard for him. We live on a fixed income so we are stuck here. They want there money but will not come out to fix anything. People have been waiting months for repairs to take place to gad stoves, heaters, washer and dryer unites, plus more. The best thing to do is just to stay away from this place. Unless like roaches rats and plenty of leaks then you may not want to sign the lease here. I was trying to find a way to get out of my lease after only two months of being here. I had a leak in my house after a month-and-a-half of being there and I told them about it and they still never fixed it and it started leaking more before I left and they still never fixed it. You can't leave anything outside in the front or the back unless it's actual patio furniture. They have so many fines for everything so it's best not to go live here unless you just want to spend extra money every month. ALSO WHEN IT RAINS OR SNOWS WATER WOULD COME IN FROM THE FRONT AND BACK DOOR, I WOULD REPORT IT AND NOTHING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO PICK THIS PLACE. We have been tenants here for 4 years and we are so excited to finally say goodbye to this place. With in the four years of living here we have had a faulty water heater that was not up to code that could have costed us our lives with possible carbon monoxide poisoning. My husband works in the field so luckily he was able to identify this problem. After notifying the landlord it took several months for them to fix this. It wasn't until we threatened them with the health department that the issue was fixed. During the four years there has been extreme weather conditions and frankly these houses are put together so cheap it can't with stand bad weather. When it snowed a lot snow would get in the house.
