Feb 2018: Management. Horrible. First weeks I lived here the dog park stayed a mess, the trash can was full and not thrown out. I complained over three times and finally it was taken care of. Heater in my bathroom does NOT work. Their construction people came in to “fix†something in our bathroom, I returned with a HUGE mess of dry wall shavings & my things on the floor and just dirty, along with screws they forgot to pick up after themselves. They obviously hire people that’ll do a mediocre job instead of a dependable person. First couple of months they were in and out of the apartment with NO warning. I have nothing to hide, but I would like to be informed if I am paying for “privacy.†I signed a paper that says maintenance is not allowed in my bedroom unless I am present & that too was violated. Do yourself a GIGANTIC favor and avoid this place and any other American Campus living community at all costs!!!!!
Dec 2017: I have been charged double my rent! This place only cares about your money. Not you. Do not live here. If I could help just one person avoid living here this review would be worth it. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding all "American Campus" living communities. Review from Google
Oct 2017: Great place to live in. I really like my house and it's pretty close to Wal-mart. The bus that takes us to campus is always on time. The staff is caring and always welcoming. Even though they could have already given us our mailbox keys and continue to have activities for us students, it's worth it to pay what I'm paying for. Review from Google
Aug 2017: This place is great with a good amount of space... when the wifi is working. I’ve been here for 2 weeks and the wifi has gone out 2-3 times already and it just stopped while I was downloading a file, so I can’t imagine relying on this wifi while im taking a test or trying to submit a paper. Review from GoogleAug 2017: I signed my lease in July on the $499 deal and with no application fee or deposit. I am more than pleased with what I got for that price. Everything is as depicted in the pictures on their website. I am from the Dallas area and for the price I am paying I wouldn't get nothing near this nice in Dallas. I do understand some people's annoyance with their rate but you do have to keep in mind that jumping on something when it says "last day of this deal" is always a gamble because it is brilliant marketing. All in all I am very pleased with what I got at my rate.
