Aug 2017: The complex manager tom is great at his job and always available for help. They upgraded both our bathrooms, dishwasher, and fixed up varies places in our kitchen. The maintenance man George is a wonderful hard worker that is always timely in answering service request. He never leaves a job not done and goes above and beyond to take care of the homes for the tenants. Living here was easy and safe. Only moved out because I graduated and moved away. Review from Google Jan 2016: These places are the best value in Kent. Recently remodeled, rent prices way lower than anyone else and all utilities included so no hidden charges! Review from Google Nov 2014: I currently live in UTH. They said they cleaned our apartment before we moved in and if you saw it the first day we moved it, you would've thought no such thing. townhomes differ from the model they show and not all townhomes are the same. Review from Google Jul 2014: I lived in UTH for 2 years, and it has been ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The property manager (Debbie Davis) is the most unprofessional woman I have ever met. She acts like it is a HUGE inconvenience when you have issues or maintenance requests. It is like pulling teeth to get things fixed in there. Since we originally moved in, we have been trying to get our dishwasher replaced. It smells like mold and rotten fish when it is opened (it is so bad that it causes you to gag when it is opened), and does not clean any dishes. When we requested that it be replaced, we were told to run it a couple times without any dishes in it, and that it was our fault for not rinsing our dishes before we place them in there... again, the odor has been an issue since the day we moved in. In addition to our dishwasher problem, the toilets run constantly. Even though utilit Review from Google Jul 2014: The townhomes get the job done if you're looking for an inexpensive, well-located residence. However, the management is mediocre. They treat the residents like children and belittle maintenance requests, writing them off as resident incompetence. For instance, the wifi throughout the entire townhomes was terribly weak and despite emails sent from several residents, the landlord insisted that we "unplug and replug" our routers. We had already tried that several times. We are college students who need dependable internet services for school, and it wasn't until over half-way through the school year that they actually improved the services.
I know several residents, including myself, who had A/C issues (that were not repaired until three days prior to move out), washers/dryers that needed repaired/replaced, etc. I will give credit to the m Review from Google
