I signed my lease while they were having a promotion so it&#;s about $ less expensive than the current price of the room now (I think it&#;s $). The apartment is fully furnished and they do roommate matching to match you with someone fit for you. The apartment I signed up for was the 4 bedroom 4 bathroom A. Some of the amenities it offers is a washer/dryer unit, a dishwasher, full size beds, individually locking doors, and an oven/range. All utilities are included with 💡electricity being up to a monthly allowance. There&#;s internet, cable📺 tv, a 🏊 pool, a gym, a hot tub, and an awesome outdoor space.
