Oct 2019: This establishment is horrible they try to over charge everything . They also “ Don’t allow dogsâ€
But over half the people there have dogs without medical reasoning. They are now trying to act like they did not receive the remaining balance we owed to them when I spoke to Kassandra she said I had 30 days from when we received the letter. We paid within that time and have receipts but somehow we got a letter from a collection agency now we are trying to contact the staff but they are out of office till the 14th due to “staffing†issues. New management is beyond unprofessional. My lawyer will be in contact. Review from Google Jun 2019: I lived her 33 years ago. Loved it! Now my son just moved into the same cozy 1 bedroom floor plan. It has ample storage including a coat closet, kitchen pantry and 2 large bedroom closets! No shortage of parking here! Several dumpsters and on-site laundry rooms. Indoor mail center and your apartment door is interior! Thermostat in each room and very COLD air!! Your only utility is electric. While this is not a "luxury apartment" with a disposal, dishwasher etc. it is a great economical option. Jordan Court Apartments is an excellent place to live if you are seeking a quiet, safe community on a budget with a pool! Review from Google Jun 2019: I lived her 33 years ago. Loved it! Review from Google Aug 2018: An affordable and very comfortable apartment complex. Iris and the rest of the staff always make sure that you feel welcomed and that your concerns are taken care of. Every maintenance request I submitted was handled promptly, and I really never had a negative experience living here. If you’re looking for a cost-effective place to live in Kent, look no further than Jordan Court. Review from Google May 2018: I love this place. My girlfriend and I have lived here for two years and moved from a smaller apartment to a bigger one after the first year. The management is friendly and conversational and is willing to solve any problems I have. The maintainence is punctual and respectful of my privacy. We did have a few issues including slow renovation of the second apartment that delayed our move-in, our cat getting lost inside a wall because maintenance left a panel open, and bed bugs when moving into the new, bigger apartment, but all of those issues were, to the management’s credit, handled swiftly and professionally. It’s an excellent price for the space, is within very short distance of plenty of food, banks, shopping, entertainment, gas stations, the KSU campus, and I-76 and SR 261. Review from Google May 2018: The staff is great, I have lived here for two years and would keep living here if I didn't have to move for a job. Affordable, close to campus and downtown, safe community, pet friendly. Review from Google May 2018: They don't answer the phone during normal business hours in my experience Review from Google Aug 2017: The pool is closed most of the time, theres no lounge chairs outside the fence so forget spending time outside. The laundry facility is expensive for a single loader. The apartments are nice inside, kept clean. They have storage units for first come first serve. But if your interested in the pool, forget about it.
Review from 8/1/17 on Google Jan 2017: Pros:
Not too far away from Kent campus / downtown (short drive)
Plenty of parking
Cons:
Walls were moldy due to air conditioning leaking, maintenance at first only painted over when I noticed, had to get local government involved to clean it up.
Bathroom ceiling caved in due to running water from the person above me, maintenance fixed but left an absolute mess in my bathroom.
Poor maintenance, apartments need updating.
Kitchen counter space lacking, the way they are situated is awful. So small.
Based on living 1 year here.

Review from Google Jan 2016: The apartments have been recently renovated and are very comfortable. The rent is reasonable and easy to manage via their app. The only utility you are responsible for is electric and internet can be added to your rent for 25 dollars a month. As for the staff, they are very nice, helpful, and keep the common areas clean. Take a tour sometime. Review from Google
