She lives in a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom upgraded apartment. The apartment has granite countertops in the kitchen and in your own bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and the beds are full XL. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is freecable, wifi, and parking (and plenty of visitor parking as well). There is also a 🏊 pool, and there is free printing in the clubhouse, which is fully equipped with PC and Mac computers. There is also a workout room and free 🕶️ tanning. Campus Pointe is also 🐕 pet friendly! The monthly rent is $ plus a $ flat utility charge. I will toss in 1 month free rent, if rental agreement is signed by December.
