The apartment itself is fully furnished (both in the common area and the bedroom), and within a 2 minute drive from campus (or a few extra if you feel like 🚶 walking)! The total price includes the monthly rent and utilityfee, as well as the short-term leasing fee ($ + $ [utilities] + $ [short-term fee]). Free amenities, such as trash collection, hr fitness center, 🏊 pool, longue, and volleyball/basketball court. Free parking with a permit from the leasing office. It is also 🐕 pet friendly (but that will cost extra, depending on arrangements with the leasing office).
