The unit is 4bed/4bed and it comes fully furnished (you will have your own private room/bath). The building also has ❤️lovely amenities such as a gym, rooftop 🏊 pool, etc. Rent is $/month. Deposit is already paid, and I am also willing to pay the $ utilityfee (which covers utilities for the entire year), as well as first months rent and half of second months rent.
