The house is 2 separate units - the upper level and lower level are both 3 bedroom/2 bath arrangements each with their own kitchen and living room. The two floors have separate heating/cooling units, and each floor has its own WiFi connection. There is plenty of parking behind the house and an entrance directly into the lower level. The only shared area between floors is the laundry room.
The house is 1/2 mile from Emorys campus and is ideal for 🚶 walking or 🚴 biking to school. The Emory 🚌 shuttleroute CCTMA also stops at the house. If youre a GT student, theres a free Emory/GT 🚌 shuttle a 3-minute 🚶 walk from the house that runs every hour. If youre a GSU student, theres a free Emory 🚌 shuttle to Grady a -minute 🚶 walk from the house that also runs every hour. This is a great spot in general, as we have multiple 🚶 walking and 🚴 biking trails right outside our door and parks less than a 5 minute 🚶 walk away.
The house is also within 🚶 walking distance to Emory Village (with Bank of America, Truist, Chipotle, Dominos, CVS, the campus bookstore), Emory Commons (with Publix [a grocerystore], UPS, FedEx), and Emory Point.
The current resident in the occupied lower level bedroom is a rising second-year Emory law student. All other rooms are available. On each floor, the primary bathroom is private and attached to the primary bedroom, but the second bathroom is shared between the two other bedrooms. Any gender occupants are welcome.
