Mar 2018: The apartments are so nice however it has been a month now that I’ve been working on the application due to issues with the website. Review from Google Mar 2018: Ok, I am currently a resident here and I do love it. Mainly because I grew up in the city and the location is perfect. The commute from home to work is 7 minutes and from home to school is 9 minutes. The leasing office staff answers the phone all the time, which I love and they are extremely nice. I first had an issue with maintenance getting things done in a timely manner but they have improved with that. The only negative thing I have to say is the school kids (middle and high school). Because my building is sort of isolated they tend to hang in my breeze way and on my steps. I don't have a problem with that part because they aren't loud, however they smoke weed and have sex and leave the condom wrappers on the steps by my door which makes me very mad. If the apartment hired more security for the premises to walk through the breezeways I wou Review from Google Jan 2018: You’re reading this because you’re considering living here. The apartments are nice and feel safe. I have no complaints about the quality of living with regard to the residence or aesthetics. However, beware! The leasing office took over 1 month to get me through the move-in process after quickly collecting my security deposit. Gym/gate keys were received nearly 2 months after move-in date. Mail box keys were received even later. The office staff didnt correct my balance reflected online for two months [despite repeated requests from me to do so] which caused a lot of confusion with what was truly owed; since I couldn’t pay online, I had to pay using money orders that cost me additional money to buy from the store (the only payment option they offered me). I spent too many hours visiting the leasing office to get through the move-in proc Review from Google Nov 2017: Nice quiet, peaceful, place where everything is in walking distance. Management is great, Maintenance Workers are great by keeping everything together. Under Construction now to make it even more Beautiful than before. Way to go Centennial. Review from Google Nov 2017: Conditions of the apartments were good. But maintenance turnaround time is not that good. Takes a while to get back to the residents. Apartment office staff used to be not that polite when talking with the residents, but now them are bit more friendlier. There's an online system to pay rent and request maintenance. Review from Google Oct 2017: I've lived here for a month now. I have a package in the mailbox and cant get it because I do not have my mailbox key yet. I still have not received my mailbox key with no eta from the staff. As a work around, they tell you to wait by the mailbox till the mailman comes so you can ask him to open your box for you. The staff avoids your questions and is not responsive. I call them to ask status. To avoid your inquiries, they place you on hold and pretend to go get someone Review from Google Aug 2017: Great experience. Quiet and spacious place to live!! I lived here with my brother for 2 years and I never had any issues. He goes to GA tech school and it was convenient for him to bike to school everyday, or take the shuttle walking distance. There's also a bus that stops in front of my apartment but I forgot where it takes you to. 🤔 Anyhow, they gave us parking permits to park in their parking spaces, and you never run out of parking... but residents has no special parking access, so anyone can enter the parking lot... visitors can park on streets which also doesn't fill up most of the time unless some event is happening. My place was super close to GA aquarium and Centennial park as well. Nice perks that I never really took advantage of. During the time I was there some crime happened close to our place, scary, but they initiated some pa Review from Google
