-The room is fully furnished with a &#; desk, gaming chair, and " mattress with a bed frame.
-The apartment comes with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, ☢ microwave, ⛄ refrigerator, etc.
-The community has Gym, mini-golf court, 🍔 grill/party area, and swimming 🏊 pool.
