Hi everyone! I am looking for someone (preferably 👩 female) to sublease my room for Summer (may-july) as I am moving to another city for summer internship. The rent is $ (including utilities) but this is negotiable.The house is completely furnished. The Wifi is already setup, in-unit washer-dryer and complete modular Kitchen. Ideal for anyone looking for short stay.
The room is in a 4B/4B apartment at The Flats,Atlantic Station. It has a attached washroom, study table,bed (with mattress) and chair. Plenty of closet space. All the necessary furniture that you might need is already here.You can just literally 🚶 walk in with your luggage without worrying about any initial setup of the house. You get your own parking space as well.
There is Gym, Swimming 🏊 pool, Game Room, Reading rooms in the building. You get free coffee in the Game Room!
There is a free🚌 shuttle service that takes you to Atlantic Station and Marta ARTS train station. IKEA is opposite to the building apartment.The Green Route🚌 bus stop is at a 🚶 walking distance which takes you to Georgia Tech Campus. So commute is very convenient even if you don&#;t own your own vehicle
The room will be available May-July st. The move-in date is after th May but if you are interested we can figure something out.
My roommate is also looking to sublease her room, so if you and a friend are looking to move in together this is perfect!
