Oct 2019: worst apartment complex for it's young age. Horrible maintenance. Very rude staff in the front office. B&H management need to fire them all. Took a month to fix my dishwasher and never fixed my icemaker. Took weeks to fix my elderly neighbor's air conditioner over the summer in 90 degree heat. Review from Google Aug 2019: Amazing, Tracey was the Greatest! Very friendly and knowledgeable and I found out we used to attend the same church, years ago!! She was Awesome and the complex is Beautiful and Affordable, unfortunately the unit I went to look at became Unavailable and my daughter was crushed, so we have to look for something else, but we will keep The Residences at City Center at the front of our heart because the location is perfect for us being extremely close to downtown!!! Review from Google Jul 2019: Great location!!!!! Love the upgraded units! Wesley the manager is so kind and responsive. We love it here! Review from Google Jun 2019: We stayed here for two years from November 2016 to Nov, 2018 and this place is very nice for living . Candyce and other office staff is very nice and polite. And also Maintenance staff is also praise worthy and very nice people. They fix the things at lightening speed and very professional. My son was 1.5 years old when we came here and office staff always showered love on him whenever he visits the office. My son and we had very wonderful memories living at this Apartment and he still sometimes wishes to go back to same Apartment where we left because of his new school. We did not had any issues staying at this place and infact we loved it. Its very happening place because of most of the events happens in the vicinity and have marta station just in front of it. Also in the end no issue with parking also as it is plenty of space to park your car. I would recommend this place for sure. Review from Google Feb 2019: A cozy, gated complex that manages to capture a slower-paced suburban atmosphere right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. I moved from Suwanee to downtown Atlanta two years ago and I wasn't used to several aspects of the city, but CityCenter is a place that truly feels like home to me. The management and maintenance team are great and I've never had any problems. Review from Google Feb 2019: I LOVE LIVING AT THE RESIDENCE AT CITY CENTER. The office staff are an amazing group that's always going above and beyond for the residences. We've had a meet and greet, we had the kids to make cards for their mother for mother's day. We've had a door decorating contest for the CHRISTMAS. We have a MARTA STATION and MERCEDES BENZ STADIUM right at our door, and convenient to the downtown district. I would recommend THE RESIDENCE AT CITY CENTER to anyone that's looking for a place to call home.

#612 Review from Google Feb 2019: Its wonderful here. Been here since 2015. They treated me and my boys with much respect and I love that. The office staff is wonderful and always makes you feel welcome when you walk into the office. The maintenance staff always handle their business in a timely matter. I've never had a complaint and I'm looking forward to spending more years here. Review from Google Nov 2018: Sorry! Office staff is rude, and have no respect. Please consider another appartment. Review from Google Nov 2018: The apartmemts are nice and they keep them up. Me and my family lived there for three years. We got kicked out because my teenage son opened up a package that his friends gave to him on video. So the new leasing manager decided to kick my whole family out. Because they couldn't do anything to the other kids that stole the package. I just felt that that part was unprofessional the way management handled that situation. Good thing we had some money put aside for a rainy day, so we moved with no problems. Honestly I think they need to bring back the old manager (Ms. Jackie) and the old receptionist (Michelle). My motorcycle got stolen twice and my car once, in our gated community. And if any tenants move over or under you in your unit with kids, you will accumulate roaches. So be prepared for that to araise. Maintenance comes on time though, when Review from Google Sep 2018: I moved to this complex in June from New York with my wife and we are very happy we did. The front staff are very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance are respectful and helpful. Hands down the best apartment complex I have lived in so far! Review from Google Jul 2018: ROACHES, ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES! If you love roaches this is place for you. There are plenty of abandon cars in the parking lot along with barbecue grills right out side peoples door. Apartments are ancient from the early 1990's and need remodeling. There are NO ceiling fans and the air condition breaks down every couple of weeks. The management over looks certain rules but enforces others. Hopefully, once the renovations are upgraded they will upgrade the all of the staff as well. Review from Google Jul 2018: I've lived here for the past year. It's very convenient to downtown as well as to my college. The management is very nice and they've always responded immediately to any problems that I may have had. The only issue I've had was with roaches when I first moved here. I have asthma so this was a bit of a problem, but my apartment IS on the ground floor and the management team sent pest control right away. There may be a few little problems here and there, but overall this complex isn't a bad place to live. Review from Google Apr 2018: Apartments are in a prime location offering a great seat to one of city’s newest attractions- however they are not updated to match with today’s standards for a “luxury†apartment. Bathroom and kitchen amenities need remodeling. The property boast a fitness area however it is only accessible during the office hours. There is no playground area (as of yet, nor during anytime of my lease). Management is ok at best, it’s clear whose interest they really have. However, if there’s an event you won’t have parking and absolutely nobody in management will care!!!! There should be a permit system for residence. But that’s water under the bridge :) If you just know how to maintain without much assistance and looking for the minimum in a great location—this isn’t a terrible place. Review from Google Apr 2018: The front office staff is rude, the receptionist clearly doesn’t care. Extremely disappointing Review from Google Oct 2017: Nice property, pleasant staff, convenient to MARTA, downtown. Residents are cool and quiet; however, the walls are paper thin in relation to the new dome. With the old dome, you could not hear the crowd (wicked sounding) or the mega sound system that shakes your floor. You are center field similar, to the construction period.
If there is an event at the new dome location, get ready to be awake or get some head phones or find something to reflect/drown out the noise. Insulation, double pane windows are needed. The new dome has way more glass than the old one. Keep all of this in mind if you work odd hours and need you sleep.
Complaining does absolutely no good. I guess this is progress. If you move there invest in your own noise reduction techniques. Neither the dome, nor the neighbor hood groups, churches, property owners thought/thinks thi Review from Google Aug 2017: DO NOT RENT HERE. Learn from my mistake. I have been an on-time paying resident here for the past 4 years. I had a move out data of July 31st and the office closes at 6 p.m. I was charged $32 dollars for returning the keys at 12 noon the following day. That was the final straw, because their ability to understand was a quality i thought they had which is why I stayed for so long. Let me inform you about the drawbacks of The Residence at City Center (Former name: Courtyard At Maple). If you have time, google their former name and look at the reviews they received and you will understand why I am so very dissatisfied.
Background information. First, let me give you some background information about myself. Currently, I am a Research Scientist at Tech soon to be an Assistant professor at a very prestigious school (Will not name). When I moved to Review from Google Jul 2017: Convenient area, fairly ok apartments.. staff seems a little stuck up 90% of the time besides the girl that greets you when you walk in. My only issue have been maintenance. I have had a broke toilet for 3 months.. kept backing up. Situation wasn't resolved until they decided to replace everyone's toilet. My AC unit keeps breaking. They have been here several times. It's fixed temporarily then breaks again. Water pressure is horrible. To me it is not worth the price.. everyone on the bottom floor has ROACHES. We do not deserve this for this price. I have a kid. And I do not need to have to rush him to the hospital because he is over heated. Paying this price. We do no deserve this Review from Google Jul 2017: Great staff in the management office. Amenities and location are great for the price. My neighbors are friendly and property has a diverse resident population. Review from Google Aug 2016: If you are handicapped and need a parking space, this is not the place for you. Handicapped parking is in violation to the ADA, by not having spaces in the least amount of steps from the handicapped apartments. BH management are not very efficent ,and have hired a totally incompetent manager. These are my opinions an elderly handicapped resident, not my daughter's ,whose name appears from this computer.
