Hello everybody! I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment over the summer from May 5 to July at University House Midtown for $/month + utilities (~ dollars a month).
It is a very spacious room in a 4 bedroom apartment(the left one on floor plan), but only 1 other room will be occupied during the summer at most. The room includes a full private bathroom, desk, full sized bed, and 🚶 walk in closet. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a washer, drier, full kitchen, 📺 tv, and balcony. Wifi and 💡electricity are included in the rent. The apartment complex includes a full gym, study spaces, a 🏊 pool, and a high rise lounge.
It is in a phenomenal location, directly next to publix and the heart of midtown, but only a 5 minute 🚶 walk from Georgia Tech campus.
