Hi! My roommate and I are reletting our two bed, two bath apartment from June-August with the option to renew. You will have separate leases and it is for each person. The bathrooms are in room. The apartment comes fully furnished with a couch, sofa chair, coffee table, ⛄ fridge, ☢ microwave, bed and bed frame, dresser, and desk. There&#;s also a lot of closet space. The bathroom also has a medicine cabinet in the wall. Included in rent is all utilities other than 💡electricity, so 🌊 water, heat, ⛽gas, and high speed WiFi is included. We usually pay about per person for 💡electricity.
The community also has a lounge, fitness center, courtyard with 🏊 pool, and trash service. Also they have been very good with COVID precautions.
