Hello! I am looking to sublease my bedroom at Aspen Heights Atlanta. This is a student only residence, however it is in a prime location for all Metro Atlanta schools (GA Tech, Spellman, GSU, etc. etc.). You would be in a room with 3 other wonderful GA State students (nursing and neuroscience majors), all of which are very polite and hardly ever there. One has a dog, though, so if you&#;re allergic I wouldn&#;t recommend this room. You would have your own bathroom, 🚶 walk-in closet, full sized bed, in room laundry, a balcony, and a state of the art kitchen. All furniture is included. Parking is an additional $ if you WANT parking (if you go to GSU the 🚌 shuttles are right next to the apartments), bringing the total to $. However, I will cover that for you if you move in in December.
