Sep 2020: The assistant manager treats people like little children, distorts the reality, gaslights them, and uses very disturbing language. This is a predatory behavior, considering the fact that most tenants tend to be international students/foreign families who's English may not be perfect. He also refuses to give any access to upper management and becomes very irritable and defensive when asked to connect to his supervisors, as if the lease is between you and him. The maintenance situation also got really bad. Orders take on average 3-4 weeks to complete, and some workers do not even wear masks the whole time but confess about having family members down with covid-19 in the past. Sep 2020: I want to warn you about leasing at 32 Hundred Lenox Apts in Buckhead, Georgia. Please do not do that. I've been staying here since April 2018, and things got insufferably worse. Earlier in the week I got scammed and gave him a police report to avoid one-day late fee, but he gave me such a hard time, drove me to the panic attack and tears, acting like I was lying and promised to pass my case to the upper mana Sep 2019: Great location close to Lenox Square in buckhead and public transport station, the leasing office are friendly and helpful to make the rent process smoothly and fast, they are also thoughtful to provide the service that renters need. As a new resident coming from other city, many thanks to Albert that could strongly support me to finish the either application or transfer process, he is always answering the questions patiently and professionally to figure out the solution if the renter has special case. I am a resident of 3200 Lenox from past 1 and a half year. I would have given a negative rating if allowed to!
I initially moved in into a classic apartment which had lot of issues. I kept on opening service requests and the management didn’t bother to serve the requests, instead we were told to move into a renovated apartment which shouldn’t have any issues (P.S. - that obviously will be having more rent than the classic unit and the management will get an opportunity to trap some other residents for this one!)
We agreed and moved into the new apartment, the renovated one! It’s been 2 months since I moved in and there are hell lot of issues which the management again is not bothering to work on! I tend to do a lot of research so I called several times and they never got irritated with me. The manager Ryan even made sure to check in with me when I stopped by one time.

I can clearly see why this place is called, the hood of buckhead. They’ve were working on the elevator since I signed my lease, it still isn’t done and frankly it seems as though they just stopped working on it. I wasn’t given immediate access to the front gate, and told I have to wait until the system updates. So you can imagine all the nights I have to pull over and wait for another person to trigger the gate. Since we’re on the on the gate, after the first month, they just left the gate open. Which is probably why, some female got attacked a week ago. We pay for all these amenities yet we don’t get to experience them. Some building have random closets in the alone the hallways just open with couches and beer cases in plan sight. When I first moved in here, I was super excited to live in heart of Buckhead and super close to Lenox mall and Phipps plaza. However, the living experience in this place has been a nightmare and we were waiting for the lease to end so we could get the hell out of here. There have been days, where my partner refused to live in the house due to the bugs that crawl everywhere and go sleep at her mother's. There are whole lot of amenities that are list here, you will be lucky if half of them work, and if something stops working good luck getting it fixed with service request. There are still requests that has been open for past 4 months and unsolved. The AC stopped working during August and I raised a service request, and we haven't got a fix yet. * Insufficient HVAC system: freaking cold in winter, hot-like-hell in summer
* Cockroaches everywhere.

* Slowest or no maintenance of all times. We fix issues, repair or replace things by ourselves
* Shared bills; your neighbor consumes, you pay

AFTER ALL they are increasing the rents on all lease renewals Review from Google Jan 2019: Today I had a knock on my door and it was Darrion one of the maintenance workers. I had placed a work order on several occasions and the order was never completed. I spoke to Darrion about my faucet when he worked on my toilet. I saw him yesterday and mentioned it again. He informed me to put in a work order which I did. To my surprise this morning Darrion had the new faucet and came in to install it. He was extremely courteous and changed out the faucet in record time. I failed to mention that it is his day off. I am extremely pleased that he took the time fix my faucet. Review from Google Nov 2018: DO NOT LIVE HERE. I read warnings like this before moving in and I chose not to listen. I wish I would have listened, before living here this past year. From the beginning there were issues. We did not have a shower for two days upon moving in, because the people fixing the bathroom were not scheduled accordingly. As well, there were doors off hinges, blinds missing, and pieces of the bathroom still not adjusted back. We told the office of these problems and marked them on our move-in sheet and nothing was done the entire time we lived there. Throughout our stay, the hallways, laundry rooms, lobby spaces were constantly a mess, smelly, and dirty. In addition to the laundry rooms being dirty, you can only put money on your laundry card through the office so you have to do it during office hours. It is a hassle and inconvenience. But there comes a point where the property manager and employee are not helping the residents at all. When i say "not helping", not even trying to listen to the problems and turning his (manager name DANTE) face away. Not co-operating with the residents at alll.
The elevator was out and was supposed to resume working in about 1 month (scheduled on Nov 1). Today, its Nov 29 and we are moving out and live in top/4th floor, and elevator not working? What could be the worst move-out nightmare. The other guy said, it might start working on 1st of December and the manager Dante, he didn't allow even a day extra. Oh by the way, I have been living here for 4 years, you hear me? 4 yrs.
