Oct 2019: I recently moved out of 1016 Lofts. I will say, I loved it there. The leasing office and maintenance crew are some of the nicest people I’ve met since moving to Atlanta. They fixed things on time, helped me with every question I needed answered. I was sad to leave. I loved my little apartment too. And my neighbors were also really friendly. Jun 2019: I just moved in last week and I love the vibe here. Very clean and great views. The pool is well kept and even 24 hour access to a gym and pool table. Review from Google
May 2019: I have lived here now for 6 months and it's been awesome! The apartments have a really nice look to them and are great at cancelling noise due to the concrete. My unit has a lovely view of Midtown, but the units facing the courtyard have lots of beautiful trees and well-kept plants to look at. Shout out to the maintenance people and grounds keepers -- in my experience they have responded to requests quickly and go above and beyond to make sure the courtyard is in excellent shape, including taking care of the pool in months of no traffic. Brittney who works in the leasing office is an absolute sweetheart. When I first toured here, I was amazed at how she knew everyone's name (and their dogs' names too). She really does take the time to get to know each of the residents and does her best to make sure they are happy. I haven't felt unsafe here or in the immediate area. West Midtown has a lot of great restaurants in walking distance and with the current construction work, I think we can expect a lot more soon Review from Google
May 2019: I had a beautiful view from my balcony and I truly enjoyed my peaceful reading time on the balcony. Maintenance staff always fixed my issues quickly after I submitted the online requests. Leasing officers are extremely friendly and helpful - I moved out in January 2018 for relocation to Seattle, and officers helped me forward mails and my graduation diploma sent to this old address. Cons: Many residents including me had questions on the water/sewing billing as the monthly charge by One Point Technology seems to be much higher than expected. Review from Google
Mar 2019: I've been a resident of the lofts for a year and a half now. I'm trying to write a balanced review because I know one main reason we originally moved here was because of the 5 star reviews. We lived in a one bedroom and a two bedroom. After our first lease had ended, we liked the lofts enough to stay and move to a larger unit. Pros: Brittany and Leanna in the office are absolute angels. Also, Keith and Chester, the maintenance staff, are total gems. If it weren't for these four employees and their hard work, and frequently going above and beyond, we would have moved out awhile ago. Cons: Whoever owns the actual building, and makes all the decisions, is absolute trash. They're literally running it into the ground. Here are the issues... 1) One Point Technologies- the complex uses a third party utility provider and several tenants have had issues with their utility bills. We've had friends who lived in another state for some months, with everything off, paying $70 bills Review from Google

Oct 2018: Honestly a great place to live. The concrete floors and walls are pretty sound deafening so you rarely hear your neighbors, and the apartments themselves are very spacious and modern feeling. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a more laid back place to live in West Midtown. Review from Google

Aug 2018: I recommend insisting on an inspection of the unit before leasing to include an accounting of the humidity in the unit. Safe humidity levels are 45-55%. For instance, visit the unit after it has rained. Early in the lease, I tried to point out to management repeatedly that humidity in the apartment was high. Management and Maintenance simply repeated on multiple occasions that the A/C unit was working properly, likely because they don't understand that a dehumidifier may be required to control humidity in some circumstances. Unfortunately, Georgia law does not offer protections to renters regarding unsafe humidity levels. The fix is simple: 1016 Lofts should install dehumidifiers in the units that require them and pay the cost of the electricity. Ultimately, it would cost a months rent to break the lease, so we bought a dehumidifier knowing Review from Google

Jun 2018: The management company has nickeled and dimed me for everything they can. One example is an intermediary called One Point for their electric and water bills. This company seems to be a scam, and our bills are SIGNIFICANTLY higher than the city average My utility bill last month, for a 2 bedroom apartment, was $387.19, and I didn't even use the central heat!! The "response" below was made by someone at Lincoln (who requires the One Point intermediary in the leases), so take that at what you will. Review from Google

Sep 2017: We've been here for a month now and we absolutely love it. If you're a dog person, THIS IS THE PLACE TO LIVE. Our apartment itself is clean, modern, and we still walk in and can't believe we live here! The community and the people also make this a very desirable place to live. Jul 2017: I lived in this complex on 2015. Very nice staff and quick maintenance team. Friendly neighbours. With 2 minutes walk you are at a little cute area with many restaurants and bars which I loved. The rent is high and It's getting more and more expensive that side of the town but it's because of the location. The only downside is that except the restaurant area, I didn't find other directions busy at night. I would say it's a growing area and in some direction it's still not crowded as I would like it to be when I walk at night. But I never had a problem walking alone. Review from Google

My only issue has been some inconsistencies with the package room working correctly, but I'm pretty sure that's a relatively new feature that they're still trying to get fully up to speed. Mar 2016: This is a fantastic place to live. For the most part all the neighbors are cool and quiet but the management team here is 2nd to none. Oct 2015: After living here for my 10 month lease, I am sad to go. This is the first apartment complex where I have had 0 problems....no problems in 10 months! The staff is wonderful and friendly, always going above and beyond wherever they can. The maintenance guys are amazing, timely and professional. May 2015: Let me start off by saying the people who worked there were super nice! i went and visited and toured the place about a year ago and have had my eye on this particular place for over a year and was super excited and have had their online availability on my search bar for atlas 6 months just to make sure i would get an apartment... so i went to take some people to go look at the apartment and called a day ahead to make sure i could get a tour, "Ya common on in no appointment needed" Review from 5/17/15 on Google
Jan 2015: We lived there for almost 2 years. It was a great place to live, especially the pool... The manager Miguel is awesome and very tentative. They are typical loft styles with cement floors so there isn't much maintenance needed. The pricing is a little high but competitive for the area. Review from 1/5/15 on Google
Sep 2014: Customer care is excellent. I moved cities a couple months ago and they are still taking care of unforeseen circumstances of mine. There are a ton of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The pool is a great place to hang out in the summer. Downside to the pool is that the sun will be blocked around 5pm by one of the buildings. The apartments are nice and very easy to take care of, as long as you like the loft style exposed piping. If you live on the building on tenth street you will have to deal with the traffic and hearing the MARTA buses brakes. The staff maintenance people will come within a day of reporting a problem and fix it. They are very understanding and friendly people. Google review 4 years ago
