This means that students sign an individual lease for their bedroom and they wouldn’t have to worry about splitting rent with their roommate(s). The apartments are fully Furnished and fully equipped with appliances (fridge/freezer, stove/oven, Washer/Dryer, dishwasher); in addition, all of the utilities (electricity, water/sewage/trash and cable in the living room with DVR service, and high speed Internet and Ethernet) are included in the price of rent and every apartment has a 42†TV in the living room. 100 Midtown is right in the heart of midtown and are convenient to stores such as Publix, entertainment and only a couple blocks from the Midtown Marta train station. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
