The George (formerly the Legacy) is located right across the street from Georgia Southern University. It is only a short walk to any class. The George features a resort style Pool, basketball court, sand volleyball, a computer lab with free printing, and a 24 hour exercise room. All of these great amenities are free to residents and their guests.
They have two different floor plan options. The standard floor plan option has tile and carpeted flooring whereas the upgraded floor plan offers laminate hardwood flooring in the hallway and common areas and brand new appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. All of their apartments are two-bedroom two bath and can come Furnished or unFurnished. The George has Individual Leases, not joint leases, so you are only responsible for the rent of your bedroom, not everyone. Rent is all-inclusive, with cable, Internet, and an inclusive utility cap.
