Aug 2019: Need to be more safe for people to live, special for people that don't have no where to go or live, special when people been living here all they life. -Anything left outside is stolen.
-Neighbors. Music at midnight.1am,2am, you name it. No respect for others
-Land scapers cut the line to my internet. Didn’t tell us
-Residents leave garbage and litter everywhere. They have to hire people to pick it up twice a month.
-HOA is a joke. Will try to nickel and dime you at every turn.
-Lots of kids. They need a place to play which until then will be outside of your house. They use the brick walls of people’s apartments to play dodgeball, baseball, kickball, enjoy the ceaseless noise and disturbances. Every day once school lets out, and especially on the weekends.
-Streets are destroyed. In hilarious disrepair.
-And many more!
Sorry Park Place, but not sorry. Truth is it’s just not a place anyone would want to live in.
Oh and most of the 4+ reviews on here are either employees or paid reviewers. Notice a lot of them are just stars and no explanation. Multiple murders within 36 months, leads the town in most violent crimes and criminals are residing in 2 out of 3 homes. Used to be a College student haven now, it's deplorable. Review from 5/13/17 on GoogleMar 2017: I've lived here going on two years and from what I've witness it's people that don't actually live in the complex that commit the crimes for the most part the residents keep to themselves only complaint I have is the way the parking decals are issued I feel that upon signing your lease you should automatically receive your parking decal and proof of your lease should be enough instead they make you jump through hoops to obtain one.
Review from 3/4/17 on GoogleFeb 2014: Roaches, terrible landlords (perimeter)air conditioner went out 2x with 110 heat index on two different holidays and they tried to bill us for contacting a repair man after we had apartment owner's permission,water was stolen from our outside faucet resulting in high water bills, the smell of marijuana everywhere, music in the parking lot that shook the windows, unsupervised and destructive children from ages 2-13 everywhere. My apartment exterior wall got used a lot to break apart furniture for the children to play with.

What a great deal and no problems at all - my neighbors look after the place. A few students but no loud parties or anything - one of the more quiet complexes for certain. I did have the place painted and new carpet installed - looks great and a good investment. Outside look is ho hum.
