I will be moving in with my family in Fall , so I no longer need my lease for this apartment. The apartment is on the second floor, is unfurnished, and there are currently four rooms, but only three are occupied, including mine. My room is in excellent condition and is very comfortable. Market has a 🚌 shuttle that goes on-campus throughout the weekdays, and there is a Neighborhood Walmart located close to the complex. Altogether, the complex is excellent when it comes to accessibility.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
