I currently own a home and lease it through Perimeter Properties, and they have done a terrible job with managing it. The owner and staff do not communicate well, as they do not always return phone calls and email messages. My owner's statements do not come regularly, and are often late or missing. My owner's draw of rent is not ever deposited in a timely manner. I still do not have December's rent payment, and it is now January 8. I have asked twice for an update on this and have not heard back. DO NOT LEASE FROM OR USE PERIMETER PROPERTIES FOR MANAGING YOUR PROPERTY. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Review from GoogleAug 2017: This is the worst place to rent from I'm Statesboro they do not care about there tenants and the properties they rent out had flooding problems for almost a year and they had multiple contractors out to try to fix it but once they leave they never come back. They also do not have an after hours emergency number so if your a/c goes out during the weekend do not try and call them they will not have anyone out that weekend even in the middle of summer when it reaches over 100 degrees. The owner is rude and really does not care about what tenantes when something is really wrong and tells you not to reup on your lease. If I could give them negative stars I would have. Mar 2015: Very very rude! I went inside today and the woman at the front desk had the worst attitude! Change your staff ASAP! Review from GoogleFeb 2014: I have been living in complexes for 3 years under Eagle Realty. Eagle Court is good when you have a roommate and Eagle Villa is also nice for just me. Stadium View is also a good place and has a bigger variety of rooms. I love the location because it's close to campus and everything I need is within walking distance. The staff has been very nice and understanding these past years and the neighborhood is a nice place as well. My roommate ended up having to fix them after they did not show up at all. I informed them of the problem in October. The closet shelves fell down in October and someone came out put up one shelf with no support, told my roommate to make sure I did not hang too much on the shelf. He said he would return after the parts came in, however, he never did. The shelf he put up, fell down as well. So now I have one closet full to capacity, another half full, and the rest of my clothes are in a big pile in front of my bed. They do not enforce the spraying of the apartments either.
