Live in a 5BR / /2 Bath house in the back of Cottage Row looking to sublease my room for January-July. Have a huge bedroom, closet, and bathroom. Living room/kitchen area is very spacious, house has a wrap around porch with a volleyball court/ calisthenics gym in backyard, and washer/dryer is included. 🏊 pool, clubhouse gym, maintenance, WiFi, cable, and pest control all included in rent. Rent comes out to about $ a month after utilities (water+electric). Five 👨 guys currently live here including myself we all keep the place pretty 🎇clean, work out, and like to go out.
