I’m looking for a 👩 female student to take over this upcoming lease in the fall. There are two other 👩 female students that will be your roommates & I can answer any questions concerning them. It is a fully furnished and a very spacious bedroom. I will pay any sublease fees and the prepaid rent fees if a guarantor cannot be found or you do not self qualify.
