i’m looking to sublease my room in a 3 bedroom town house at copper beech. Rent is $ a month which includes all utilities/trash/wifi. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a gym/🏊 pool within 🚶 walking distance. Currently neither of my roommates use the living room or kitchen space often so you would have full use of that space and could decorate how you like.
