I am subleasing my room in a 3 bed/3 bath for July -July ! I have the bigger bathroom! My roommate has a cat but it mostly stays in her room! Furniture, utilities, and wifi are included in the monthly rent! There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a good size living room and kitchen! The complex is 🌉 gated in! I will pay the sublease fee! I ❤️love it here but am wanting to live with some other friends!
