My 👩 daughter is looking for a 👩 female to sublease her furnished room at South from January to July . The apartment is a 4 bedroom and you will be leasing one bedroom with your own private bathroom. There are 3 other 👩 girls living there. They are all quiet and keep to themselves. 🐕 pets are welcome. Complex has a lot of amenities including a 🏊 pool and workout facilities. We will pay the sublease fee. You can move in as soon as mid December and December’s rent will be paid. We will also pay half of January’s rent. (Pictures are from website but apartment is similar.)
