Base rent is $ with add on options such as renters insurance and a credit building service. Utilities are done through simplebills and vary from how much 💡electricity and ⛽gas you end up using, ranging from $ a month.
Inside the apartment you&#;ll see there is a combination of hardwood and carpet flooring, washer and dryer units, and stainless steel kitchen with a large pantry. Within the room you get plenty of closet and dresser space, a nice big Full XL bed, and a 🎇clean bathroom.
This apartment is great for 💛 UCF or Valencia students as it&#;s located in the heart of Orlando&#;s student communities. There are plenty of 🍔 restaurants and stores around and parking is never an issue. It is about 5 minutes from 💛 UCF and minutes from Valencia. The 💛 UCF🚌 shuttle also comes about every minutes, and is very convenient for those who don&#;t wish to park on campus.
