The Place at Alafaya is located on the south side of UCF campus, with the UCF Shuttle stopping right in front. There are both one and two bedroom apartments to pick from. Utilities included in rent are water, cable, and Internet. Depending on specials, sometimes they waive application fee and has Washer and Dryer.
