Jun 2015: I've had a great experience at The Lofts this year. For the price, I think the apartments are the best you can get. The rooms are small, but the apartment itself feels very open. The pool and clubhouse are really great. The events that the staff puts on are also nice. The free parking is a definite plus. When we put in maintenance requests, they usually come and fix it within a day or two. The only problem is that our couch was really bad when we moved in and we still haven't received a new one even though we've requested one multiple times. Overall, we love the lofts and renewed.

May 2015: Pros:
1. Pool is super nice
2. Location is great, pretty private
3. Most of the staff is friendly
4. Gym, entertainment room, & basketball courts are awesome
That's about all the positive I can think of... too many cons to list them all but here are a few.
Cons:
1. Maintenance is terrible: the men are rude, lazy, and completely misogynistic. Took a full month for them to finally replace our dryer and they walked right in on my roommate while she was undressed. Honestly, I smell a lawsuit coming if they don't cut peep show crap.
2. Apartments are SO small, not worth the price
