Hi, Loading...

Mar 2018: Ive been living here for half a year. Amenities are nice. Gym and pool and clubhouse are nice and staff is friendly and maintenance fixes issues on time. Parking is never an issue. issue is the loud neighbors who have loud cars that wake me up morning and night. Another issue is the fact that people DO NOT clean up after their dogs, the grass in front of my place is filthy. I plan on staying here for the next few years, it is a nice place and you get cool free stuff Review from Google
Mar 2018: I’ve been living at The Lofts for like 8 months now and I absolutely love it here. Maintenance responds quickly and the staff is nice and respectful. They host a lot of events and offer lots of free food. It is surprisingly quiet around here and I always feel safe. The pool is really nice and there’s a basketball court, which is pretty cool. Campus is like 2 miles away & you can take the shuttle. The rooms in the 2x2 are small, but there’s enough space for everything. Review from Google
Mar 2018: The Lofts Community is a great place for students to live. Its minutes away the University of Florida, and if off the main roads and easy to access. The units are great quality for a great price and they have everything you'd expect from a student living apartment community. I highly recommend living at the Lofts. Review from Google
Mar 2018: I moved into the lofts in August of 2017 and I've renewed my lease for another year as well. The apartments are really nice, the pool is beautiful, and the office staff host events for the residents all the time. The property is usually very quiet and I feel safe coming and going. I'd definitely recommend living here! Review from Google
Mar 2018: I currently live here and it is so nice! Love how quickly the staff respond and fix any problem I've had (very minimal) and how nice they are. Awesome pool and activities the lofts comes with, as well as all the free food they offer! Review from Google
Feb 2018: An absolutely terrible apartment complex. They overcharged us for anything they possibly could. Review from Google
Jan 2018: I currently live at the lofts, and will not move out until July. First of all, I get an overage charge every single month, ranging from 2 dollars to 11 dollars a month. I live in a 4 bedroom 4 bath apartment. At one point, there were only 2 of us living there because 2 of my other roommates subleased. In the month of December, I went on vacation for Christmas and was gone for 2 weeks, and another roommate went home for the holidays as well. Somehow we STILL got an overage charge for over 6 dollars each and there was no one there. That is impossible, so either there is something wrong with the apartment or the money is going somewhere else. Very weird. Second, I cleaned out the dryer before and after each use and it still produces a ridiculous amount of lint, and it has started to ruin some of my clothes. A lint roller does not work when I try Review from Google
Nov 2017: I wish the staff took longer than two and a half months to fix my closet carpet. The property manager lied to me and did not apologize. The place is nice, I just wish they treated their residents more like people than sources of income. Review from 11/20/17 on Google

Nov 2017: Worst place to ever attempt to do any business with. False advertising and the place isn't that great for the price. I recommend The Pointe or Plaza on university!! Review from Google
Oct 2017: At first the Lofts seem like a very extravagant place to live but I was experiencing excessive leaks up top my ceiling above my bathtub for 3 straight weeks and the maintenance staff took forever to fix the issue. It seems that the office takes long to respond to certain emergency issues and residents have to call all the time so they can remember your complaint. Review from Google
Sep 2017: really liked living here; maintenance was nice and came within 48 hours. People in office were incredibly nice and when I needed payment plan for security deposit, the managers worked with me so I could get a space here. My apartment was nice and clean (rare in student housing, I know). In the end, when I moved out, they could have screwed me over and nit-picked for little things to deny me my security deposit like a bunch of other neighborhoods do, but I got it back and only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I think the prices are a little high compared to just renting a room in a house with roommates. However, I don't regret it. Review from 9/10/17 on Google
Aug 2017: The Lofts is a good place to live. I appreciate how maintenance always come in a matter of 48 hours so thats a plus side. I recommend this place because it's not a bad price for a great safe neighborhood and great apartment. The only problem was that it took forever for the basketball hoop to be fixed and the gym is slowly breaking down as in the speakers aren't working and weights keep disappearing but besides that, this place is alright. Review from 8/29/17 on Google
Apr 2017: These apartments are way to much for a room the size of a box. The rent is too high, something is always breaking or not working, the air conditioning works when it wants, my roof in my bathroom is always leaking and my car got broken in to along with 5 other cars and the front office did not do anything about it and didn't even try to help in any way. I wouldn't recommend anyone letting there child live here especially when it comes to safety and a staff that actually cares, sorry. Review from 4/10/17 on Google
Apr 2017: I DO not recommend ANYONE TO LIVE HERE!! My daughter was suppose to move in august 2016 but things changed. they told her she has to pay $300 just to cancel the room which is really stupid!!! Shortly after that they reported both of us to the credit bureau like who does that? I never moved in. So your basically holding me responsible for a room that I didn't live in. I DONT I REPEAT DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVING HERE. don't even consider it!! Worse place ever... crazy people all of them! Review from 4/2/17 on Google
Mar 2017: I've lived at The Lofts since January 2016 and I've liked my experience so far. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Usually when something comes up (sink faucet breaking, ect) the maintenance crew comes out very quickly to help fix whatever issues we have. Another great thing is how close to UCF and Valencia it is. UCF has free shuttles that take you to the school and back to The Lofts, which is great to help save gas. The Lofts' gym is also very convenient. I highly recommend any student looking to attend UCF to definitely check out this place. Review from 3/19/17 on Google
Mar 2017: I really have no complaints about living at the lofts! I live in a 2/2. It is smaller than other apartments I've seen but its nice and cozy. Whenever I put in a request for maintenance, they come that day or the next day. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I've had no issues living here which is pretty uncommon when it comes to off campus student housing. I also really like the location, as it's just about 2 miles from ucf and a shopping center right behind it with publix/wawa. I recommend checking this place out! Review from 3/19/17 on Google
Mar 2017: Living at the lofts has been a great experience so far. I love the brand new gym we have & how the pool is always clean. Staff are all friendly and ready to help with whatever we need. And I personally love my floor plan and roommates that they had paired me up with. Review from 3/7/17 on Google
Mar 2017: For the most part, I have no complaints about the Lofts. The staff is never anything but great, helpful and welcoming. The amenities are nice and they have done well with their upgrades. My only few complaints result from the apartments themselves. I feel that the furniture and appliances re too old, cheap, and needs to be replaced as they increase their rent for this coming year. The washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and fridge are disgusting and old, no matter how well or much you clean them. Review from 3/1/17 on Google
Dec 2016: I've been living here for a few months now and I absolutely love it! Review from 12/5/16 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2016: They have quite a few events and even send out text notifications about said events. Although the couches that the apartment comes with are terrible quality with springs that you can feel and the fabric pulls and rips easily. Review from 11/30/16 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2016: My honest review. First it depends where you came from. If you're coming from campus, it's great. If from knights plaza, probably not. Pros Loft style has huge open space Cheap Nice outdoors No elevator needed Few neighbors Tv Couches Temperpedic Matreses!!! Lots of free food and events Overall comfortable and feels like home Cons Room came looking lived in, was not properly cleaned 4 males running 4 desktops causes 16 dollar overage total. Can be fixed by 78 degrees in the day, 72 in the night Bathroom was not nice, small/ stained Rooms slightly small Kitchen bigger than campus, smaller than my tastes Not a lot of cabinet room (no pantry) 4/2 closet small. Front does not notify you when you have a package Review from 4/20/16 on Google
Feb 2016: I am desperately looking to get out of my lease here at the lofts. Not a fan of most workers there and management. Answers to issues are usually either unknown or rude. Trash around the property and cars been broken into. Cheapest furniture that breaks and tears easily and the pool gates are broken too so why am I paying for pool privileges when really anyone can get in. Not to mention parking is terrible. Review from 2/15/16 on Google
Nov 2015: Love them!!! Best college living so far and everyone is so nice!
Nov 2015: STAY AWAY-- The management at the Lofts are a bunch of money-hungry selfish kids. Do not be deceived by the nice looking pool and friendliness when you move in. I had my entire closet and room drowned in a leak from the apartment above mine. Everything in my apartment was ruined, including my laptop, clothes and tv. Not only that, but there was mildew growing on the carpet and walls. Disgusting, and completely uninhabitable. Their solution? They had someone come in with a fan, and to paint over the mold and water stains. I wish I could prevent everyone from ever signing a lease here. Stay away! Review from 11/4/15 on Apartment Ratings
Jun 2015: I do not recommend this neighborhood! The office staff consistently contradicts one another and has lied about information that does not exist in any contracts I've signed or anywhere for that matter. My move in was pushed back and when I finally was told to come, I received a phone call as I was pulling in that it would be a few more hours. They had not even begun to start the cleaning process on my room that the entire week before move in was given for. So not knowing anyone in Orlando I had to sit in a parking lot for hours until they called back. Review from 6/15/2015 on Apartment Ratings
