Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublet my room in The Retreat West. I’m leaving due to personal reasons, it’s a wonderful community only 5 minutes away from 💛 UCF. It’s a 2 bedroom shared with a 👨 guy. Rent is about $ you are getting a lower rate for a 2 bed 2.5 bath because you are taking over my rates. You will have room 2B. This place is in high demand with only one roommate who is very and 🎇clean and mostly does his own thing so I recommend letting me know if you are interested right away. It is cottage and the backyard has a lake view.
