I have a room that I need to get subleased. The room is in the Thornberry layout, a 4x4, at The Retreat West. Utilities are included up to a cap. The property is ❤️lovely and has many amenities, and the rooms, furniture, and appliances are modern. When I first did the application, I did request one of the larger rooms (C or D). There is a sublease fee, unfortunately, which is $. The reason I&#;m subleasing it is because I&#;ve decided to stay with my parents to save 💰money through college.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
