Jul 2015: I lived here for over a year, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anybody, the office staff while polite they will not resolve anything or provide any type of help, in my particular case I just needed a verification that I always pay rent on time, they were not able to provide the most basic form of verification from an apartment complex stating that they would need for me to have signed a notice to vacate. I spoke to the office manager she assured me that if I submitted a document it would be taken cared of in 20 minutes, 30 minutes passed and I get a call from them telling me they will not do my rent verification, which caused a serious delay on a loan I was applying for.

Jul 2015: I didn't know this site existed and I'm kinda bummed that I didn't know. I moved into this apartment 3 months ago and I started getting really sick, then 2 weeks ago my bathroom ceiling fell down and there was mold up there. The manager told me there was no mold and I was crazy just a few days ago a leak started above my bathroom, they told me they would fix it that day and I haven't heard from them.. I don't think they will fix it considering the people up stair had a leak for three years and they just now fixed it BC my ceiling fell down.. Also the manager is a -----.

May 2014: I moved here because I was on the clock and I needed a place fast. I was shown a unit that was new and the unit that I actually signed for was old. Everything in the unit started to fall apart fast. It looked like they just slapped some paint on the walls and changed the carpeting. There were drops of paint all over the floor when we came in. The heating and cooling unit is horrible and it can never get to the temp you need. In the summer its too hot and the winter its too cold. If something breaks (I might add there is always something breaking) It takes too long to have someone come out and fix it.

Apr 2014: I have moved from New Jersey 1 month ago and I will never suffer in that weather again. I have been so happy here. The weather is like paradise and my neighbors are wonderful. Take it from me leave the snow and ice!
