Oct 2019: Decently priced, includes food. Very kind and helpful staff. Review from Google Aug 2019: It not bad here. The people who work here are very friendly. When you have a problem it get worked out. Love that their so much around the area. Food is not bad at all Review from Google Aug 2019: I dig this place, it's a community for artists. I'm glad I found this place at the same time it found me. I hope you feel as special under the sun as I do, when you get here. Live free, learn life. Find yourself, perpetuated. This place has heart and keeps nature close, if you prefer the backwoods. Everyone has a summer and a memory; live it, next to the only, all inclusive resort off campus. You won't regret it. Review from Google Jul 2019: The staff is very friendly and helpful if you need help with anything. They also provide free shuttle rides and 3 free meals a day which cant be beaten by anything ive seen. They also have a nice study room, laundromat, gym, pool, and more. Review from Google Jul 2019: I absolutely love living at CVI..... The staff, especially Donna, is such a refreshing and lovely face with a nice and funny personality, she is awesome.. it's like she really thinks of all these younger people here that are in school like they are her own kids, it seems like she really cares. Donna makes the experience of living here even better.... I do not remember her name, but she is in the front office as well, let me actually print off her personal computer when I did not have any computer ink... The rent is the best that I have seen in this area and it is .2 miles from UCF.. and close for my boyfriend who attends Valencia East Campus.
I renewed my lease and want to continue living here until my next transition in life when I graduate! If you are looking for a place to live and have it feel like home at a great price, come and live at Collegiate Village. I am not one of those people that write good experience comments if I do not really feel a certain way about the company.! Review from Google Jul 2019: Cvi is nearby everything including ucf and full sail university. And also has a shuttle to get to those schools. The food is great, especially the late night bistro. Very comfortable living environment Review from Google Jul 2019: Cvi is nearby everything including ucf and full sail university. And also has a shuttle to get to those schools. She promptly addressed my problems
I've lived here for about 4 months now and have noticed some problems but it's overall pretty good.
Next, the food isn't great but maybe not as bad as some people make it out to be. There is one employee who comes off rude and will give you a death stare if you don't tell him your room number.
The bed that they furnish is awful and extremely firm. You will have to cash in money for a mattress pad. I bought a nice one for $150 and still have back pain from it. Also, the computer chair is...whew pretty terrible.
I have a one bedroom but it doesn't feel private due to the thin walls.
Other than that I enjoy the convenience of unlimited utilities. Review from Google Jun 2019: I will say CVI has a been quite a good place. Many things should be improved. Something that really makes me feel unsafe are the raccoons around the property, I’m not sure when they intend to take actions in regards to raccoons. I think the safety of us the students should be important and taken into consideration. It’s frustrating to come home at night from school and see raccoons around because of the open trash cans. Sometimes I’ve had to run away for hours and come back hoping that they won’t be around. Review from Google Jun 2019: I will say CVI has a been quite a good place. Many things should be improved. This is like hostel exactly.Just rooms and bistro for bad feeding. The amenities in
terrible situations especially the contaminated pool you will find something else rather than water. Overall, by this price you can find a lot of convenient options to live in. Review from Google May 2019: The ladies here in the front are amazing. They made my son and I feel so welcome. I believe this will be a great place for my son to be at for his 1st place on his own. Review from Google Apr 2019: Stephanie T. is seriously the best. She’s made sure I’ve had the best living experience possible, from beginning to end. Of course there are things out of her control, like raccoons or noisy college kids; but, overall CVI gets the job done. You’ll have a roof over your head, food in your belly, and a place to call home. Reasonably priced. Review from Google Mar 2019: I have lived at CVI since may of 2017 and I absolutely love it. I live by myself and the apartment is the perfect size for me. the staff is nice and helpful and I am happy to be living here. Review from Google Mar 2019: Chef John,Mrs.Kathy, and Ms. Sheila are my favorite they are so nice and helpful they are really like family to me. The kitchen staff are caring and reliable and they will always make sure you get what you need. As for collegiate they are a great rental community but sometimes they can be to busy but as far as fixing things it's in the order of priority so it may take some time but overall I give it 4/5 stars because they've done a lot to keep me comfortable and I appreciate it. Review from Google Mar 2019: I loved living here over this past year. If I had a problem the staff was quick and responsive. I liked how close it was to UCF and would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great place to live! Review from Google Mar 2019: I lived at these apartments for the past year and they were amazing. The location was great, close to campus, and a lot of living space. The amenities were great and I never had an issue with them. Review from Google Mar 2019: This is one of the most well rounded and convenient places to live near campus. The facilities are in good shape, the staff are friendly, the rooms and comfortable and a good size. If you’re looking for a affordable place that’ll meet above average expectations this is a pretty good place. Review from Google Mar 2019: I moved into the Collegiate Village Inn and I absolutely love it! Donna Ferguson was who my mother and I contacted about moving in, and she gave her absolute ALL to help get me into an apartment that matched my needs and accommodated me in every way she possibly could. I had a simple problem with a kitchen light switch and Donna called me after hours just to make sure that it was in fact fixed, which it was within an hour of my phone call asking for maintenance.
My mother and I rave about how great her service was, as well as her personality! She made me feel so comfortable and told me to call if there was anything she could do to ensure that I was comfortable when I moved in. I have been here for a while now and she continues to live up to the stigma that my mother and I put on her since I first started living here.
Donna and the rest of the staff are awesome, and I absolutely love my apartment Review from Google Mar 2019: I am new at Collegiate Village Inn and my experience so far has been great! They have a free shuttle bus for Full Sail Students, and they feed you 3 meals a day. As a college student, this couldn't get any better. Mar 2019: The staff pays residents "CVI Bucks" aka credit for food to write good reviews. don't trust any of these reviews, this complex is actually a run down motel. The pool has been closed since I signed my lease on January 1st. The infrastructure of the motel style building is collapsing. Emergency exit signs are hanging by wires. Hallway lights are cracked and non-functional. Abandoned units are closed off by plywood panels. My room was completely flooded, management offered no help. The only food that is edible at CVI is the breakfast, don't eat the lunch or dinner, it is detrimental to your health. THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY STUDENT LIVING COMPLEXES THAT NEVER FILLS!!! SO THEY LET RANDOM PEOPLE LIVE HERE!!!! Feb 2019: To be honest this place is very chill for undergraduate college students or college students overall. The people are extremely friendly and so are the staff. Someone lied to me when they said the food wasn’t good it’s actually really good and the late night barista is my spot to be when I’m working on late night classwork. I want to help work on the pool but other than that yea the place is chill. Review from Google Feb 2019: They staff here is great. They made me feel welcomed and my experiance remarkable. can't wait to be back here when i come back to Florida Review from Google Jan 2019: The apartments here are great! The rooms are decently spacious, especially if you have a private room instead of a shared. The price is next to unbeatable considering the room is half furnished and you get fed ontop of that. The atmoshphere here is laid back and the staff is always helpful. Would definitely recommend to others Review from Google
